Here’s how it works:

Team members utilize BAP Construction’s numerous home services (list below). Or, refer a
friend/family member/coworker/etc. Be sure and have your referral mention your name.
5% of completed job totals will go to the teams!
PLA-BALL ONLY team members, 5% to PLA-BALL ONLY
(Manager, Brad Tandet viewed as PLA-BALL ONLY).
KLUBS ONLY team members, 5% to KLUBS ONLY
(Manager, Kevin McCabe viewed as KLUBS ONLY).
CROSS-OVER team members, 5% split by BOTH TEAMS.

BAP Construction will pay out to teams by September 30, 2009 for work performed by that date. Pay
outs for additional work after that date will be paid by November 1, 2009. After that date, pay outs will
be made by April 1, 2010, just in time for the next season.

It is all very self-explanitory. So far this year, there have been 3 jobs completed for KLUBS team members (T.Koenitz - Kitchen Flooring - $950), (T.Koenitz - Basketball Hoop Install - $300), (K.McCabe - Basement Window Install - $125). Total thus far going to KLUBS = $68.75
