Swedish Massage - designed to relax the muscles by the application of pressure against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. It can reduce stress, both emotional and physical.

Deep Tissue Massage - focus is on realignment of deep layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. The strokes used are basically the same as classic Swedish Massage, but the movement of the therapist is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas where there is tension and pain.

Hot Stone Therapy Session - is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release.

I work together with Synergy Health Associates. I have my own business called Forever Present. All of us, at SHA, have independent businesses but work collaboratively to maximize the healing and treatment process. My particular focus is Massage Therapy and Yoga.
